Ariana and Paulo are the ones behind Theobroma cacao.
They are passionate about food and pulled by the question: “Where does this come from?” They have learned to move away from the mass production Industry to find the beauty in small-scale products.
They asked themselves this question while having a chocolate bar produced from West African cacao, full of ingredients impossible to pronounce, being aware of the poor working and living conditions.
So in 2021, they started their chocolate Journey exploring Costa Rica’s cacao.
Every chocolate bar is handmade, which is why they are unique.

This bar is a DREAM COME TRUE! White chocolate, sugar, and coconut milk. YEEEEIIIIII! It's lactose-free!

Although this bar only has 30% sugar,  although it's white chocolate it is not so sweet and we love the color!  It's a creamy and smooth chocolate that will melt in your fingers and mouth.

In addition, the cacao butter used is also from Costa Rica, from the Guácimo region.

 


Ingredients: cacao butter, organic sugar, hibiscus and coconut milk. It does not contain traces of gluten, lactose, or nuts. Mix of Trinitario.

Tasting notes: coconut cream.
