Made with only 2 ingredients: Roasted cacao beans and unrefined cane sugar.
This chocolate bar is made with creole hybrid beans roasted at low temperatures, giving it a dominant tasting note of citric fruits such us mandarin, grapefruit, or lemon, finishing with green tea and florals.
We profoundly believe the chocolate industry does not need to add extra cocoa butter to hide off flavors derived from poor traceability or post-harvest control.
The trees that produce the beans used in this chocolate are all creole hybrids, the finest genetics which grows in isolated areas affected by war in Colombia.
Ingredients: Roasted cacao beans, and unrefined cane sugar nothing else!
Tasting notes typically experienced in this bar are mandarin, grapefruit, green tea and floral.
