This was the first unroasted bar Juan Choconat made and it has remained as vibrant and pure as its first batch back in 2016. Delicate notes of roses, vanilla, and red berries have helped this bar to conquer thousands of palates worldwide.
Made with only 2 ingredients: Unroasted cacao beans and unrefined cane sugar.
We profoundly believe the chocolate industry does not need to add extra cocoa butter to hide off flavors derived from poor traceability or post-harvest control.
The trees that produce the beans used in this chocolate are all creole hybrids, the finest genetics which grows in isolated areas affected by war in Colombia.
Ingredients: Unroasted cacao beans and unrefined cane sugar nothing else!
