The perfect pure chocolate bar for sweeter palates who wish to enter the healthier dark chocolate world. Creole hybrid beans allow this bar to gently express the fruitiness of Colombian origin with low bitterness and astringency.

We profoundly believe the chocolate industry does not need to add extra cocoa butter to hide off flavors derived from poor traceability or post-harvest control.

The trees that produce the beans used in this chocolate are all creole hybrids, the finest genetics which grows in isolated areas affected by war in Colombia.

Ingredients: Roasted cacao beans, and unrefined cane sugar nothing else!

Our fermentation and roasting for this bar usually produce tasting notes of raisins, blueberries, nuts and vanilla.
