Golden berries are one of the most exported Colombian exotic fruits and are considered superfruit due to their high antioxidant content. The fruit’s acid flavor pairs outstandingly with chocolate in a super healthy bar.

We only use freeze-dried fruit in this chocolate and the cacao bean plus golden berry blend makes up 70% of the recipe. Freeze-drying preserves the real fresh fruit flavor and its heat-sensitive antioxidants.

Ingredients: Cacao beans, unrefined cane sugar, and freeze-dried golden berries.
