This chocolate bar was infused with rum from Brugal. Let this bar melt slowly on your tongue and feel the flavor of the rum in your mouth.

The cacao used for this chocolate comes from Finca Elvesia, a plantation located in the northeastern part of the Dominican Republic which was established in the 19th century. It became the largest cacao plantation in the Caribbean and had even its own railroad system for the transportation of the cacao to the port.
