Dark Chocolate 70% cacao - San Vito (Handmade)

Ariana and Paulo are the ones behind Theobroma cacao.
They are passionate about food and pulled by the question: “Where does this come from?” They have learned to move away from the mass production Industry to find the beauty in small-scale products.
They asked themselves this question while having a chocolate bar produced from West African cacao, full of ingredients impossible to pronounce, being aware of the poor working and living conditions.
So in 2021, they started their chocolate Journey exploring Costa Rica’s cacao.
Every chocolate bar is handmade, which is why they are unique.


Ingredients: cacao beans, organic sugar, and cacao butter. It does not contain traces of gluten, lactose, or nuts

Tasting notes: fruity, cherries, panela.
