With this bar, Luisa Abram showcases an extraordinary Brazilian ingredient: cupuazú.

Cupuazú (or cupuaçu in Portuguese) is a tropical rainforest fruit closely related to cacao. Large and encased in a hard, rough, brown shell, it resembles a relic from an ancient war. But once opened, its true nature shines through: an incredibly aromatic fragrance (unlike cacao), sweet-tart and refreshing fruitiness, spicy notes, and pulp with a light color that hints at its cacao lineage.

This premium 70% chocolate, made from cocoa grown along the Tocantins River, comes alive with pieces of sweet and tangy dried and sugared cupuazú pulp. The citrus notes of the cocoa are subtly complemented by the fruity complexity of cupuazú—a match made in heaven. A taste experience you simply cannot miss.

The elegant packaging contains 80 grams of chocolate, divided into two 40-gram bars. This thoughtful design ensures you can enjoy fresh chocolate for longer (if you can resist eating it all at once). The inside of the packaging is as stunning as the outside, sharing the unique story behind this chocolate.

This exceptional chocolate bar won a silver medal at the International Chocolate Awards, a testament to its remarkable quality.
