This dark chocolate bar blends the richness of fino de aroma cacao with the bright intensity of cherries. The fruit is carefully dried to preserve its natural sweetness, then folded into smooth, handcrafted chocolate made entirely in Ecuador — from bean to bar.

Ingredients: Organic fine cocoa Arriba Nacional, organic whole cane sugar, dried organic cherries, organic cocoa butter, emulsifier: organic sunflower lecithin, cocoa content at least 60%.

Tasting notes: A balanced play of deep cacao and tart cherry, with delicate notes of red fruit, honey, and spice. The finish is long, clean, and gently fruity.
